OUR INNOVATIVE APPROACH

At Prometeo therapeutics, we make existing small molecules better, and use a modular design approach to generate novel and enhanced libraries of compounds, including close structural analogs, to provide extensive structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis. We then use innovative isogenic and patient derived 3D organoids platforms to select our enhanced small molecule candidates.
